Valid and Credible Metrics

EvaluCraft Global LLC studies our client’s business mission and values to identify appropriate metrics to measure and evaluate existing or emerging policies and programs. We partner and collaborate with clients to identify the measures specific to outputs, outcomes and impacts that our clients intended and mindful of unintended consequences.

While foreign policy is traditionally measured by power, which is largely unobservable, there is a need for explicit identification of power measures and metrics. On complex matters, it is overly simplistic to suggest less than a multi-dimensional approach and thus, multi-dimensional measures should be defined to reflect diverse forms of hard and soft power.
