Our mission is simply to help public and private sector organizations around the world to craft and evaluate their foreign policies, programs and processes to be more effective, impactful and agile in a continuously evolving landscape.

EvaluCraft Global LLC, established in January 2020 by Mary Wong, Founder and Principal Consultant, is a Virginia Values Veterans (V3) certified company as of July 14, 2022, and a small, woman, minority-owned micro-business, certified with the state of Virginia as of March 27, 2020. The firm is also certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the U.S. Small Business Administration as of October 15, 2020.

Ms. Wong has a combined 20+ years of professional experience in international policy development and program design. Prior to launching EvaluCraft Global LLC, Ms. Wong served 11 ½ years with the U.S. Department of State, having served most recently as Deputy Director in the Office of Management Policy and Resources in the Bureau of International Organization Affairs and prior to that as Deputy Director in the Office of the Fulbright Scholarship Board in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Before joining U.S. federal service, Ms. Wong worked 8 ½ years on design and administration of international exchanges and training for the Institute of International Education in Washington, DC and in Hanoi, Vietnam. Ms. Wong has a Master of Public Policy degree in Program Evaluation from the George Washington University's Trachtenberg School of Public Policy & Administration, a Master of Arts degree in International Development from the University of Kentucky’s Patterson School of Diplomacy & International Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Drake University.
